3 egg and cheese omelette

  1. Measure out your ingredients
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper then whisk, add milk and whisk again
  3. Melt butter in the pan then add egg mixture
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on one half of egg mixture, then when nearly all cooked fold one half over
  5. Cook until golden then serve
  6. Add ketchup and eat as
