Orange Nut Cream Parfaits
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (225 ml) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (250 ml) container sour cream
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- Combine Eagle Brand and juice concentrate.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Set aside.
- Combine coconut, nuts and rind.
- Layer filling and coconut mixture in parfait or dessert dishes.
- Top with coconut mixture.
- Chill in freezer 30-45 minutes or 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
