Orange Nut Cream Parfaits

  1. Combine Eagle Brand and juice concentrate.
  2. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine coconut, nuts and rind.
  5. Layer filling and coconut mixture in parfait or dessert dishes.
  6. Top with coconut mixture.
  7. Chill in freezer 30-45 minutes or 2 hours in refrigerator.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
