Jalapeno Tarter Sauce
- 4 jalapenos
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) loosely packed parsley
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- Place jalapenos, parsley, and cilantro into food processor.
- Blend till chopped well.
- Add mayonaise and lemon juice, process till smooth.
