Poe's Finnish (Yes, it's spelled correctly!) Recipe algorithmnation

• Crushed ice
• Generous splash (half a shot/25 mL) of dry Amontillado sherry
• 3 shots/150 mL Finlandia vodka
• Lemon or lime peel

1. Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
2. Add Amontillado, shake, and drain
3. Add vodka, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass
4. Spritz drink by folding peel over the glass
5. Garnish with curled peel
