Apple Crumble

  1. Combine apples, sultanas, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and spoon into a greased 2 litre baking dish.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs, butter, coconut and flour and sprinkle over apples.
  3. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top, then serve.
