Lo Cholesterol Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe

  1. Mix egg substitute, lowfat milk, onion, salt and cayenne.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Spray 8 inch quiche dish with vegetable spray.
  4. Sprinkle with crab and cheese.
  5. Pour egg mix over top and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Bake 15 min at 425 degrees.
  7. Reduce temperature to 300 and bake 35 min more.
  8. Let rest 10 min before cutting.
