Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Pour olive oil and sesame oil into a skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add chicken and brown it.
  4. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and vinegar in a bowl and stir to mix until cornstarch dissolves.
  5. You will add all of the soy sauce and red wine vinegar to the above mixture.
  6. When I done a recipe converson for 6 people these are the measurements they gave me.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken.
  8. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and stir.
  9. Chop garlic and add to skillet.
  10. Peel and grate ginger add to skillet.
  11. Chop carrots, cauliflower and broccoli add to skillet.
  12. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  13. Simmer 5 minutes.
  14. Stir and sprinkle with seseame seeds.
  15. Serve over rice.
