Cleaning a Cuttingboard
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup hydrogen peroxide
- Wash cuttingboard with soap and water.
- Rinse.
- Then gently and slowly pour lemon juice OR hydrogen peroxide on the cuttingboard.
- Make sure to cover well.
- Let sit for 1 minute.
- Rinse and let cuttingboard air dry.
- (You may be able to use less lemon juice.
- I just approximated the amount since I normally just pour it out of the bottle).
- ** If you don't have lemon juice, use 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide and let sit for 1 minute.
- You will see bubbles and know its working.
- Make sure to rinse really well and air dry.
