Cleaning a Cuttingboard

  1. Wash cuttingboard with soap and water.
  2. Rinse.
  3. Then gently and slowly pour lemon juice OR hydrogen peroxide on the cuttingboard.
  4. Make sure to cover well.
  5. Let sit for 1 minute.
  6. Rinse and let cuttingboard air dry.
  7. (You may be able to use less lemon juice.
  8. I just approximated the amount since I normally just pour it out of the bottle).
  9. ** If you don't have lemon juice, use 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide and let sit for 1 minute.
  10. You will see bubbles and know its working.
  11. Make sure to rinse really well and air dry.
