Homemade Rice Crisp Cereal (Gluten free)
- 2 oz rice flour
- 1 each eggs
- 2 oz water
- 1 quart oil heated to 375 for flash fry
- 1 each grater with small holes not a box grater
- Mix the ingredients for rice crisp cereal together, should be almost like pancake batter.
- Heat oil 375F.
- Spoon batter on flat grater over hot oil, fry just before color starts changing.
- Becareful oil may splatter!
- Remove crisp with wooden slotted spoon or metal strainer to paper towel.
- Sprink Rice crisp with little sugar let cool .
- Save or use just like cereal and enjoy!
