Salmon Salad

  1. Wash and dry greens.
  2. Shred, sala-style, into large bowl.
  3. Shred salmon with a fork and add to the greens.
  4. Add sliced egg, tomatoes and parmesan and toss.
  5. Serve cold.
  6. For dressing try Honey-Mustard Vinigrette with Dill.
