Marinated Beef Roast Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except roast, mixing well.
  2. Place roast into large freezer (Ziploc) bag.
  3. Marinate 8 hrs in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  4. Now remove roast from marinade and place in pan.
  5. Insert meat thermometer making sure it doesn't touch fat.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs or possibly till thermometer registers 140 degrees (rare), 160 degrees (medium).
  7. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
