Classic Homemade Chicken Soup

  1. Heat the oil in a large sauce pan.
  2. Add sliced onions and chicken.
  3. Add enough cold water to cover the whole chicken.
  4. Add the bouillons, parsley, chopped tomato, black pepper.
  5. Let cook for about an hour, while sifting out the foam that comes to the top.
  6. Use as a broth for other dishes* or add pasta, let heat until noodles are ready and serve.
