Lasagna Spinach Roll-Ups
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix spinach, ricotta, Parmesan and egg in medium mixing bowl.
- Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread each noodle with a generous spoonful of ricotta mixture; roll up.
- Place, seam-sides down, over sauce in dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover.
- Bake 20 min.
- Uncover and bake additional 15 min.
- until cheese is melted and golden brown.
