Fiesta Eggs

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks; mash in small bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites; mix well.
  4. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture evenly into centres of egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
