Fiesta Eggs
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. pickled jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/8 tsp. each: salt and black pepper
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks; mash in small bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites; mix well.
- Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture evenly into centres of egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika, if desired.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
