Wallie's Beef Jerky

  1. MIx all ingredients (this is the marinade)
  2. Cut lean meat in 1/4 inch slices.
  3. and marinade 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Drain and blot meat to remove any remaining moisture.
  5. Do not rub off the black pepper.
  6. Smoke at 150-200 degrees 6-8 hours.

lean beef, water, pepper, onion salt, mustard, hi, paprika, cane sugar, garlic salt, worcestershire sauce
