Crispy Curried Fried Chicken
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 cup flour
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- Pat dry chicken with paper towel then Coat the chicken with flour
- Coat chicken with egg
- coat chicken with breadcrumbs and curry mixture
- Deep fry till its crispy and cooked about 20 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the chicken
- Drain dry on paper towel
- ***DEEP FRIED BALANCE OF THE BREADCRUMBS AND CURRY MIXTURE FOR 2 TO 3 SECONDS TILL LIGHTLY BROWN AND CRISPY AS ADDITIONAL GARNISH AND TOPPING
