Strawberry Arugula Grilled Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 slices Crusty Bread
- 4 slices Mozzarella (1/4-inch Thick Slices)
- 13 cups Baby Arugula
- 1 Fresh Strawberry, Hulled And Sliced
- 1 Radish, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Ground Black Pepper To Taste
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, 1 tablespoon each.
- Grind some pepper on the buttered sides of bread.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese on the bottom slice of bread, buttered side down.
- Then add the arugula, strawberries, and radishes.
- Lastly, drizzle the honey over top of the radishes.
- Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread buttered side up.
- Place it down on the hot skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on each side, flipping periodically.
- Total frying time should be approximately 3 minutes a side.
