Turkey Black Bean Chili
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 pounds Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilis
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes, Don't Drain
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cans (Use Tomato Sauce Can To Measure) Water
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- In a large pot, add onions and meat, sprinkle with garlic powder, and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Makes 8-10 servings, depending on how big your portions are.
