Roasted Pork Loin
- 1 Pork Loin
- 1 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup honey
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 fresh garlic
- 1 fresh rosemary & thyme
- 1 evoo
- Combine herbs & spices with olive oil and rub on roast.
- Roast in 425F oven for 20 minutes.
- Lower to 325 until pork reaches proper internal temperature.
- 3/4 of the way through cooking process mix the dijon and honey to your desired taste and glaze loin.
- Continue cooking about another 20 minutes.
- Glaze loin when done and let rest in oven for 10 minutes.
- Make sure to turn oven off and Crack open door.
