Minted Green Bean Salad

  1. Boil or steam the trimmed green beans until tender.
  2. Drain well, while still warm add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
  3. Allow to 'marinate' for at least an hour up to overnight for best flavor.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. (take out of the fridge ahead of time if left refrigerated overnight).
