Veal Chop Mills House Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) veal rib chop
- Flour
- Mushroom sauce
- 1/2 ounce. Swiss cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1 ounce. ham
- Season veal chop with salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour.
- Shake off excess.
- Heat oil in skillet and fry chop on both sides till done.
- Keep chop hot while preparing the mushroom sauce.
- Top with ham and Swiss cheese and place under broiler till cheese is melted.
- Serves 1.
