Tilapia Florentine
- 10 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Savory Lemon and Herb Cooking Creme
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 package baby spinach leaves
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; top with 1/2 cup cooking creme and crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir remaining cooking creme and milk in large skillet on medium heat 2 minutes.
- Stir in spinach; cook 2 minutes, or just until wilted, stirring frequently.
- Serve fish over spinach.
