Savory Polenta for Lasagna
- 6 cups water
- 1 34 cups white cornmeal
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1 pinch sage
- 1 dash salt
- 12 teaspoon parsley flakes
- line pan or cookie sheets to cool polenta on.
- bring water to boil.
- while stirring constantly gradually pour in other ingredients.
- turn heat to low.
- stir constantly (10-20 minutes) until thickened.
- pour and spread in prepared pan or pans to fiish thickening and cool.
