Savory Polenta for Lasagna

  1. line pan or cookie sheets to cool polenta on.
  2. bring water to boil.
  3. while stirring constantly gradually pour in other ingredients.
  4. turn heat to low.
  5. stir constantly (10-20 minutes) until thickened.
  6. pour and spread in prepared pan or pans to fiish thickening and cool.
