Sausage Potato Scallop Recipe

  1. In skillet brown sausage, breaking up as it cooks.
  2. Drain.
  3. Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
  4. Place half the potatoes in a 2 qt casserole.
  5. Sift two Tbsp.
  6. all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp.
  7. salt over potatoes.
  8. Top with half the sausage and 1/2 c. shredded cheese.
  9. Repeat with remaining potatoes, 2 Tbsp.
  10. flour, 1/8 tsp.
  11. salt, remaining sauce and 1/2 c. shredded cheese.
  12. Pour 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk over all.
  13. Cover.
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min or possibly till potatoes are done.
  15. Uncover; bake 10 min more.
  16. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
