Up-Market Coleslaw

• 1/4 cup baby arugula
• 1/4 cup torn radicchio
• 1/4 cup shredded napa cabbage
• 1/4 cup each thin matchlike apple, carrot, celery root, fennel and golden beet sticks
• 1/4 cup Renee's Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

1. Toss arugula with radicchio in medium bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over arugula mixture.
