Smoked Turkey And Watercress Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place pita bread rounds on baking sheet and heat in oven till just hot, about 5 min.
  3. Cut rounds in half, forming pockets.
  4. Place in napkin-lined basket and keep hot.
  5. Arrange turkey, watercress and tomatoes on platter.
  6. Place walnuts and mayonnaise in bowls; allow diners to assemble their own sandwiches.
  7. 8 servings.
