Homemade Sweet Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 ounces, weight Chocolate semi Sweet
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Rinse pumpkin seeds.
- Use your fingers to remove all the pulp.
- Drain well.
- Spread out on a tray to dry (sunlight works fine).
- Next put oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat.
- When oil is hot, add the pumpkin seeds and toast until golden brown.
- After that melt the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler.
- Now combine melted chocolate and toasted pumpkin seeds.
- Mix well.
- Let cool.
- Serve and enjoy.
