Light Crunchy Peanut Muesli
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Light Crunchy Peanut Spread
- 3/4 cup honey
- 500g rolled oats
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsalted sun flower seeds Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups dried fruit (raisins, dried apples, pears and apricots)
- Combine peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until ingredients are combined.
- Place oats, cornflakes, seeds and coconut in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in peanut-honey mixture and coast each grain evenly.
- Spread the cereal over a large baking tray and bake at 100C for 40 minutes, or until grains are lightly browned.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Stir in fruit.
- Serve with milk and your favourite yoghurt.
