Gerald's Chilli

  1. brown chuck onions garlic peppers and seasonings together in a large pan
  2. add all canned items to pan and stir
  3. fill pan to top with water and set heat to high
  4. when boiling reduce heat to simmer cover and cook 1 hr stirring ocaisionaly
  5. when pan has reduced by about half stir taste season with salt and pepper to your liking
  6. if you like it really hot use more peppers make some rice have a bowl and a beer

ground chuck, chilli hot beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, onion, pepper, red cayenne pepper, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce
