Lemon soup
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cup Mussels
- 2 stick scallion
- 1 medium Red pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 3 Arugula
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 packages noodles
- Clean and cut the vegetables.
- Prepare the mussel by boil them with lemon peel and black pepper
- Let the mussel come to boil then remove the water and everything else then the mussel.
- Add 2.5 water cups on it with the chopped ginger.
- The soy sauce.
- The chicken broth cube.
- The chopped white part of the scallion.
- Cut the lemon in half Squeeze half lemon on the soup and cut the other half in quarters and put it in the soup.
- Let the soup boil for 10 minutes.
- Then add the red pepper.
- The green chopped scallion.
- The noodles.
- In 5 minutes you need to add the cherry tomatoes.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
- Give it a stir and your soup is ready to eat.
