Lisa's Lemon Loaf
- 1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) box instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup warm water
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Divide into 2 (8 inch) bread loaf pans.
- Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes then cool completely on cooling rack.
