Green Vegetable Soup
- 1 quart vegetable broth
- 12 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup onion
- 12 cup broccoli floret
- 12 cup cubed zucchini
- 12 cup potato
- 12 cup uncooked ditalini
- salt and pepper
- 14 cup basil pesto
- Combine all ingredients except ditalini, salt and pepper and pesto in a slow cooker.
- Cook on high 4-5 hours, adding ditalini during last 30 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir in basil pesto.
