Green Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except ditalini, salt and pepper and pesto in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high 4-5 hours, adding ditalini during last 30 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in basil pesto.
