Crispy Ravioli

  1. Lay breadcrumbs on a plate and shake to even out.
  2. Mix eggs and milk together until combined.Set up a dipping station with egg mixture and breadcrumbs beside each other.Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil.
  3. Add enough oil to a large pot to reach a depth of 2".
  4. Heat to 325 degrees .while oil is heating up.
  5. Dip thawed raviloi's in egg wash then in breadcrumbs.
  6. Shake off excess and lay on baking sheet.
  7. Fry Ravioli's in batches about 2 minutes each side until golden Brown.
  8. Remove from oil.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
  10. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
