Ww Easy Acorn Squash
- 2 acorn squash
- 4 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
- 4 teaspoons unpacked brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- Halve the acorn squash and remove seeds.
- Prick flesh all over with a fork.
- Place 1 teaspoon each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.
- Place squash cut side up on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste.
