Sausage pancakes Sticks

  1. In a deep skillet, add your three cups of oil and let heat until 340 F. about 5 minutes before the batter is ready to be used.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, now add eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil.
  3. mix well put in refrigerator for 30 minutes,to let it thicken.
  4. skewer each sausage, when batter is ready, dip each sausage in to batter covering the hole sausage.
  5. add two at a time when frying, repeat until all sausage is fried.
  6. you can use any sausage you like.
  7. we prefer this brand.
  8. we like it hot.
