Sausage pancakes Sticks
- 1 1/2 All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 packages 14oz Eckrich jalapeno & cheese smoked sausage
- 6 skewers sticks
- 3 cup canola oil or Vegetable all
- In a deep skillet, add your three cups of oil and let heat until 340 F. about 5 minutes before the batter is ready to be used.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, now add eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil.
- mix well put in refrigerator for 30 minutes,to let it thicken.
- skewer each sausage, when batter is ready, dip each sausage in to batter covering the hole sausage.
- add two at a time when frying, repeat until all sausage is fried.
- you can use any sausage you like.
