Celery Salad
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 14 cup feta, crumbled
- 34 teaspoon seasoned garlic powder (I use Garlic Garni)
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bunch celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 5 green onions, sliced on the diagonal
- 14 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- In a large bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, feta, and seasonings.
- Add the celery, green onions, and parsley.
- Toss to combine.
- Note:I liked it better after sitting in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
