Blueberry Kuchen Recipe
- 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 5 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal, crushed to 1 1/4 c.
- 1/4 c. Minced nuts
- 1 pkt (1 pound 4 ounce.) white cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. (12 ounce. package) frzn blueberries, thawed, well liquid removed or possibly fresh blueberries Vegetable cooking spray

- 1.Combine sugar and cinnamon; cut in margarine.
- Add in Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal and nuts.
- Mix till combined.
- 2.Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 3.Sprinkle half cereal mix over bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- Spread batter proportionately over cereal mix.
- Sprinkle with liquid removed blueberries and remaining cereal mix, pressing lightly into cake batter.
- 4.Bake at 350 F about 45 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cut into squares.
- Serve hot or possibly cool.
