Buttermilk Cheese Bread Recipe
- 1 pkt Yeast -or possibly-
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Sourdough starter
- 1/4 c. Hot water
- 1 c. Sharp Cheddar, cubed
- 1/2 c. Blue cheese
- 1 can Green chilies, minced
- 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
- Have all ingreds.
- at room temp.
- except water.
- Put into pan in order listed.
- Set on White Bread setting.
- Check whether too wet or possibly dry during knead cycle.
- Correct with a TBSP or possibly so more of water or possibly flour, if necessary.
- This is a dense loaf and I like it best toasted.
