Grandmas Meatloaf

  1. Soak broken up bread in the milk for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Combine onion, eggs, salt and pepper to the ground beef.
  4. Add the milk and bread mixture.
  5. Press into a loaf pan.
  6. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard.
  7. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Drain off any liquid before serving.
