Layered Cherry Mold

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
  5. Reserve 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; set aside at room temperature.
  6. Stir cherries into remaining gelatin; spoon into 6-cup mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 15 min.
  8. or until set but not firm.
  9. Whisk COOL WHIP into reserved gelatin until well blended.
  10. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Unmold before serving.
