Summer Squash And Sweet Pepper Medley

  1. Melt butter and oil together in a frying pan.
  2. Add the squash and peppers.
  3. Cover for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently stir every 3-4 minutes.
  5. Cover.
  6. Repeat process 3 times.
  7. Stir and cover.
  8. Sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper on the veggies to taste.
  9. Then leave the cover off stirring every 2 minutes till you have the desired texture.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
