Bok Choy with Asian Sesame Sauce
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 6 baby bok choy (1-1/4 lb./565 g), cut lengthwise into 3/4-inch-wide strips Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
- Heat canola oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add bok choy; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until leaves are wilted, stirring frequently.
- Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until sauce is thickened.
