Apple Date Torte Recipe

• 4 c. Apples, unpared/diced
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Flour
• 2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 x Egg
• 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Nuts
• 1/2 c. Dates, cut up Whipped cream, whipped topping, Or possibly ice cream

1. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in order given.
2. Stir but don't beat.
3. Pour into greased 8" square pan.
4. BAke at 400 F. for 40 min.
5. Serve with whipped cream, topping or possibly ice cream.
