My Favourite Tomato Soup Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, lightly grease a 9x9 square pan.
  2. Measure all ingredients (*except raisins) into a large mixing bowl and beat on low speed till flour is moistened, then beat on medium speed till batter is smooth-scrape down sides of bowl when needed-fold in raisins.
  3. Pour batter into pan and bake 35min's.
  4. Cool on wire rake and spread with cream cheese icing!
