My Favourite Tomato Soup Cake
- 6 tablespoons soft margarine
- 10 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 34 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 350F, lightly grease a 9x9 square pan.
- Measure all ingredients (*except raisins) into a large mixing bowl and beat on low speed till flour is moistened, then beat on medium speed till batter is smooth-scrape down sides of bowl when needed-fold in raisins.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 35min's.
- Cool on wire rake and spread with cream cheese icing!
