Savory Dijon Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In large saucepan combine butter and mustard.
  3. Stir in onions and celery; cook until tender.
  4. Add water chestnuts, walnuts, parsley, poultry seasoning and pepper.
  5. Toss with bread crumbs and drizzle with chicken broth.
  6. Place stuffing in two 3 quart casserole dishes and bake for 30 minutes.
