Easiest and Tastiest Potato Bake Ever.
- 6 large Potatoes pealed
- 1 clove garlic crushed (optional)
- 1 Packet brown onion power soup mix (50 grams)
- 250 ml Fresh cream.
- 100 ml Full cream milk.
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 220C.
- Slice potatoes, about 10mm thick.
- Place in a greased oven dish.
- (440mm x 440mm and 60mm deep)
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
- Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown and soft.
- Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy.
