Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes Recipe

• 1 pkg. Devils food cake mix
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips

1. Empty cake mix into large bowl.
2. Add in water and 3 Large eggs; blend till moistened.
3. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
4. Fill cupcake liners in muffin tins 2/3 full.
5. In small bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, and beaten egg till mix is smooth.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Put 1 tsp.
8. of cream cheese mix on top of each cupcake.
9. Bake 15-20 min at 350 degrees.
