• 1/4 to 1/2 pound grnd round or possibly 5 ounce. dry sliced beef (2 each jars) for chipped beef
• 3 tbsp. oil or possibly butter
• 3 tbsp. white flour
• 2 or possibly 3 c. lowfat milk
• Slices of toast
