Christmas Cranberry Cake

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup graham cracker
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cranberries, chopped
• 1 cup raisins
• 12 cup nutmeats, chopped
• 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup orange juice
• 13 cup cooking oil

1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
2. Stir in cranberrieis, raisins, nuts and orange rind.
3. Add beaten egg, orange juice, and orange rind.
4. Stir.
5. Bake in loaf pan in 350F oven for one hour.
