Robin's Easy Creamed Corn Casserole

• 2 pkg. (8-1/2 oz. each) corn muffin mix
• 2 cans (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn
• 1 tub (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix muffin mix, creamed corn and sour cream in large bowl until blended.
3. Add melted butter; mix well.
4. Stir in peppers.
5. Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Bake 55 min.
7. to 1 hour or until golden brown.
8. Cool 5 min.
9. before serving.
